Traditional Guitar of Toraja

From the island of Sulawesi, this musical instrument has been handcrafted by local artisans using traditional techniques. It is made of Jackfruit wood and is played along with the Toraja Sulawesi folk song.

All pieces are traditionally handcrafted which is why no two pieces are the same. Each has a slight difference in size, shape and/or color contributing to the uniqueness and originality of each beautiful piece.
